Twerk Lore

Twerking has existed among melanated people for centuries. A dance of isolated hip movements, seen in celebrations and ceremonies, it expresses joy and the body's liberation. This expression can be traced back to Côte d'Ivoire and is now popular around the globe.

We’ve investigated the captivating “Twerk”, associating it with our succulent sweet brioche milk buns, served with seasonal stewed fruit, an icing or glaze, and something crunchy atop.

Effervescent enigmas, boisterously bouncing across the universes. TWERKGIRLS are passionate, empowered characters as vivacious and radical as an exploding star. Some consider them sirens; others liken them to Dietes existing amongst humans; here they’re an enigmatic phenomenon encapsulated in fugitive vessels.
 
TWERKGIRLS are only designed by women/femme-identifying artists. Someday prioritizes the empowerment of women, and we are considerate of all ideals and perspectives and seek to create a character narrative that can reflect as many different types of women as possible. Everybody Twerks :)
